Thank you for choosing Kizz! This Kizz User Agreement ("Agreement") defines the rules and conditions that govern your use of the Kizz app (referred to as "Kizz"). By downloading, installing, or actively using Kizz, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using Kizz immediately.
To use Kizz, you must be 17 years of age or older and have the legal ability to enter into a valid, binding contract. Kizz Team (the "Team") may ask for proof of your age and identity at any point. By using Kizz, you confirm that you meet these eligibility standards and are legally allowed to access the services Kizz provides.
All parts of Kizz—including its software, interface designs, text, images, and trademarks—are owned by Kizz Team as intellectual property. You may only use Kizz for personal purposes, as permitted by this Agreement. Any other use, such as commercial use, sharing Kizz with others for distribution, or modifying its code, is not allowed unless you first get written permission from Kizz Team.
Your privacy matters to Kizz Team. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Kizz, you agree to the data practices described in that Policy, and you confirm that you have read and understood it.
When using Kizz, you must not:
· Do anything illegal or violate laws in your area or international laws.
· Share or spread content that is inappropriate, harmful, or violates someone else’s rights (like copyright or privacy).
· Mess with Kizz’s features—this includes interfering with server work, getting around security tools, or using third - party plugins that aren’t approved by Kizz Team.
· Ruin the experience for other Kizz users, such as causing disruptions or acting in a way that upsets others.
You are responsible for keeping your Kizz account secure. Keep your password private and never share your account details with anyone. If someone gets unauthorized access to your account because you didn’t take proper care (like sharing your password), Kizz Team won’t be responsible for any problems that result. Kizz Team can take action—like pausing or closing your account—if you break this Agreement.
Kizz Team might change this Agreement from time to time. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know through Kizz (like an in - app message) or by email. It’s your job to check the updated Agreement. If you keep using Kizz after the changes take effect, that means you accept the new terms.
Kizz is provided without any warranties. Kizz Team doesn’t promise that Kizz will work without issues, be available all the time, or be 100% secure. Kizz Team won’t be liable for any losses or damages you might have because of using Kizz—this includes things like money loss, data damage, or other losses.
